Job summary

Vickerstock is recruiting a Supply Chain & Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day supply of frozen and ambient products from production planning and purchasing through to storage and customer delivery.

You will work with manufacturing partners in the UK, Europe and India, organize international freight and supervise fulfillment, coordinating deliveries across Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland.

Qualifications

• Experience in FMCG or food manufacturing with multiple suppliers and stock locations.
• Ability to convert forecasts into production and purchasing plans.
• Experience coordinating with third-party warehousing or logistics providers.
• Strong Excel skills including pivot tables and lookups; familiarity with planning models.

Responsibilities

• Maintain rolling demand and supply plans by product, accounting for seasonality and promotions.
• Convert forecasts into production and purchasing schedules considering lead times and packaging.
• Maintain stock records across locations and warehouses; manage replenishment and stock risks.
• Coordinate manufacturing partners; monitor production progress and ensure readiness for launches.
• Raise and manage purchase orders; track supplier performance and invoices.
• Organise international freight with forwarders and customs agents; monitor transport costs.
• Oversee storage and fulfillment; monitor inventory accuracy and delivery performance.
• Plan distribution across NI and ROI; coordinate drivers, routes, and returns.
• Manage customer orders through fulfillment and invoicing, and coordinate stock replenishment.
