Job summary

Talentedge Recruitment Limited partners with a high-growth global tech business in London to hire a Financial Controller who will lead a small finance team and help shape a scalable finance function.

You will own month-end close, group cost reporting, and drive statutory reporting across entities while leading tax processes including sales tax and transfer pricing. The role includes implementing robust internal controls to support rapid international expansion.

Qualifications

• Fully qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA).
• Experience in high-growth/scaling businesses.
• Experience building statutory reporting frameworks and multi-entity environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of 2 Finance Managers.
• Own month-end close and group cost reporting with insight-driven analysis.
• Drive statutory reporting and audit compliance across multiple entities.
• Take ownership of tax processes, including sales tax and transfer pricing.
• Lead rollout and enhancement of internal controls (SOX readiness).
• Improve and automate finance processes to support scale.
• Partner cross-functionally to provide commercial and financial insights.
