Job summary

Resident Advisor is seeking a Finance professional to support the Head of Group Reporting & Control. You will own the monthly close, prepare management accounts, coordinate payroll and payments, and help strengthen financial controls across the business.

You will lead a small team and work closely with the finance leadership to streamline processes and improve cost control while ensuring accurate reporting for multiple markets and currencies.

Qualifications

• Experience with monthly close and management reporting.
• Strong understanding of payroll and payment processes.
• Knowledge of tax compliance and cost control beneficial.
