Job summary

Burckhardt Compression is seeking a Field Service Co-ordinator for our UK site in Bicester, coordinating global field service operations with teams in Sweden and Denmark. You will manage schedules, logistics, and customer requirements to ensure safe, efficient project delivery with high-quality standards.

The role requires advanced SAP and CRM Dynamics knowledge, strong communication, and a customer-focused, team-oriented approach to drive continuous improvement in field service activities.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate global Field Service Representatives (FSRs) to allocate the right technical expertise to customer projects.
• Serve as primary point of contact for customers, agents, BCx teams, suppliers and internal stakeholders.
• Manage and maintain the global Field Service schedule to optimise resource allocation and service delivery.
• Participate in Field Service Coordination meetings and pursue continuous improvement opportunities.
• Develop accurate cost estimates and customer quotations for service work and upgrades.
• Source and procure parts, labour, and external resources for field service operations.
• Coordinate global logistics activities including shipping, receipt, and inventory management of parts and service equipment.
• Oversee contract-related invoicing and monthly revenue forecasts.
