Job summary

PPG Industries is seeking an International Sales Manager for the Industrial Coatings division. Based from home with regional travel across UK&I and Europe, you will lead sales activity, develop new business, and manage key accounts to drive growth and profitability.

You will report to the Sales Director as an individual contributor, shaping growth through strategic planning, pricing, and partnerships with customers and distributors in a dynamic, global environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (Business or related field).
• 10+ years in commercial product sales.
• Strong product/technical sales background with complex deal negotiations and strategic account management.

Responsibilities

• Territory management across UK & I, Central and Eastern Europe.
• Develop new customers and expand existing accounts.
• Guide negotiations and exceed sales/profit goals.
• Develop targeted account plans and pricing strategies.
• Cultivate partnerships with customers, distributors, and partners.
• Monitor market intelligence and represent PPG at events.
• Provide accurate forecasts and mentor new team members.
