Job summary

PPG is seeking an International Sales Manager to lead TESLIN® product sales across the UK&I, Central and Eastern Europe. This field-based role is based from home with regional travel, reporting to the Sales Director and working as an individual contributor.

You will drive growth by managing territories, expanding key accounts, and negotiating complex deals, while developing plans and pricing strategies to achieve revenue targets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or related field.
• 10+ years in commercial product sales.
• Experience in product/technical sales and strategic account management.

Responsibilities

• Territory management across UK & I, Central and Eastern Europe.
• Develop new business and expand existing accounts.
• Guide negotiations to exceed sales and profit goals.
• Develop targeted account plans and pricing strategies.
• Build partnerships with customers, distributors, and partners.
• Monitor competitors and represent products at industry events.
• Provide accurate sales forecasts and mentor new team members.
