Qualifications

• Experience delivering Facilities Management and workplace operations across a regional portfolio.
• Strong practical understanding of FM operations, including building services and maintenance.
• Experience managing outsourced FM operating models and strategic supplier relationships with governance routines.
• Sound financial judgement across budgeting, forecasting, cost control, savings and cost avoidance.
• Ability to identify, assess and manage facilities-related operational risks across a regional portfolio.
• Collaboration and change leadership with strong communication and relationship-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead regional Facilities Management delivery across a multi-site portfolio, ensuring safe, resilient, high-quality and efficient workplace services.
• Embed global FM standards and coordinate market delivery, ensuring policies and the RES operating model are applied consistently.
• Manage outsourced FM suppliers and governance, including the JLL partnership and service reviews.
• Drive risk, resilience, assurance and commercial performance, including budgeting and cost discipline.
• Lead collaboration across Workspace Operations, Engineering, Health & Safety, Hospitality and ESG to drive standardisation, digitisation and improvements.
