Sue Ross Recruitment are working with a leading international manufacturing business based in Bolton to recruit an experienced Export Customer Service Coordinator on a permanent basis.

You will manage customer orders from receipt to delivery, prepare export documentation, ensure compliance with export rules and Incoterms, and liaise with freight forwarders and customers, while maintaining ERP records. Salary c. £30,000 - £33,000 DOE.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years' customer service experience within a manufacturing, distribution, or export environment.
• Experience producing export documentation and supporting international shipments.
• Strong understanding of Incoterms and export processes.
• Experience using ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, Sage, or similar.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Outlook.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsabilités

• Manage customer orders and enquiries from receipt through to delivery.
• Prepare and process export documentation accurately and efficiently.
• Ensure compliance with export requirements, customs regulations, and Incoterms.
• Liaise with customers, freight forwarders, logistics providers, and internal departments.
• Resolve customer queries and provide regular order updates.
• Maintain accurate records within ERP systems.
