Job summary

JDR Recruitment are recruiting for an Export Co-Ordinator to join our client based in Slough SL3. You will be joining a logistics and shipping business who operate across the UK and mainland Europe.

The role requires Monday to Friday 9am–5.30pm, a permanent contract, and a salary up to £32,000 per annum DOE. You will handle data entry, bookings for export, and liaise with customers and transport companies to meet delivery requirements.

Qualifications

• Minimum 12 months experience in groupage shipping.
• Good knowledge and experience of exports.
• Customs procedures beneficial but not mandatory.
• A proactive attitude.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Data entry, booking collection and preparing them for export entry.
• Use various forms of communication to engage with customers regarding bookings and any job queries that they may have.
• General Admin duties
• Provide transport companies with the relevant information to ensure customer collection / delivery requirements are met.
• Promote and maintain image, procedures and standards as set and with management.
• Action other ad hoc duties as requested by team leader.
