Job summary

Profiles Personnel is seeking an Export Account Manager with solid Excel skills to join our busy export team in the UK. You will manage a portfolio of international customers, coordinate orders, suppliers, logistics and export documentation from start to finish.

This varied role requires excellent organisation, proactive prioritisation and a strong customer service mindset to keep the supply chain moving. The role offers £27,000–£30,000, 39 hours per week, set hours during probation, full

Excellent Excel skills and attention to detail are essential.
Strong organisational and multitasking abilities are required.
Professional written and verbal communication skills are needed.
Experience with export documentation is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

Manage sales orders from receipt to delivery and customer claims.
Process purchase orders including supplier claims and uplifts.
Book sea freight and liaise with freight forwarders to meet deadlines.
Coordinate with customers, suppliers and internal teams to maintain the supply chain.
