Job summary

PeopleSolutions is recruiting for an Export Operations Manager to join our well-established client based in Warrington. This is a fantastic opportunity to take ownership of a growing international export operation within an established manufacturing business.

You will lead and develop the export function, manage the export loading team and drive improvements in safety, quality, efficiency and customer service.

Responsibilities

• Take full ownership of the day-to-day export operation
• Manage the complete export process from order release to loading and dispatch
• Ensure export orders are accurately picked, packed, dispatched within deadlines
• Coordinate export shipments across air freight, sea freight and road transport
• Lead, motivate and develop the export loading team
