Job summary

Wise is seeking an experienced Executive Recruiter to partner with senior leaders to hire engineering, product, data and design leaders who will shape Wise’s future. You will own global executive search strategies, advise stakeholders on market dynamics, and build inclusive talent ecosystems that reduce turnover and strengthen succession planning.

You’ll collaborate across the People team, develop external leadership pipelines, and mentor others while advancing Wise’s diversity and interview

Qualifications

• Experience recruiting senior leaders across engineering, product, data and/or design.
• Proven ability to act as a trusted adviser to senior leaders.
• Experience designing global recruitment processes and org design.
• Ability to lead end-to-end leadership searches with speed.

Responsibilities

• Own and drive executive search strategies for critical leadership roles globally.
• Advise senior stakeholders on candidate requirements and market dynamics.
• Develop inclusive search strategies to identify leadership talent.
• Negotiate and close executive offers.
• Lead QBRs with predictive forecasting and competitor threat analyses.
