Job summary

Hyve is seeking an Operations Manager in the EdTech portfolio to lead seamless event delivery across exhibition, conference and meetings components. You will work with the operations team to ensure high-quality delivery and adherence to budgets and timelines.

You will implement health and safety standards, manage supplier relationships, and support cross-functional teams in delivering outstanding attendee experiences at leading events globally.

• Experience in operations for large international exhibitions and high-level conferences.
• Strong commercial decision-making and problem-solving abilities.
• Fast-paced, changeable environment adaptability.
• Excellent time management and multi-tasking.
• Customer-focused with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Plan and manage operational/logistical elements for a portfolio of events to high standards.
• Contribute to and monitor event budgets with the team to control costs.
• Support sponsorship-related operational requirements, obtain quotes and manage suppliers.
• Provide operational guidance to sales, content, client engagement and marketing teams.
• Manage floorplan layouts per venue rules and exhibition strategies.
• Train and develop the operations coordinator for high performance.
• Ensure strong health and safety standards across events.
