Job summary

Hyve is seeking an Operations Manager for Bett UK & Bett Asia to oversee delivery across exhibitions, conferences and meetings, ensuring health and safety standards and budget adherence. You will collaborate with operations, client engagement and sales teams, manage floorplans and supplier relationships, and lead a team to deliver outstanding events across UK and international locations.

Qualifications

• Established experience within Operations, working on large international Exhibitions and high-level Conferences.
• An aptitude for commercial decision-making and problem-solving
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, changeable environment
• Ability to multi-task and remain calm whilst managing numerous priorities. Excellent time management skills.
• Authentic and empathetic
• Outstanding attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Ability and willingness to work flexible hours and both UK & international locations.

Responsibilities

• Plan and manage operational and logistical elements for Bett's portfolio to a market-leading standard.
• Contribute to and monitor operating budgets with your team.
• Support client engagement on sponsorship operational requirements and supplier management.
• Provide operational support to Sales, Content, Client Engagement and Marketing teams.
• Manage floorplan layouts according to venue regulations and exhibition strategy.
• Train and develop Operations Coordinator for high performance.
• Ensure health and safety standards across the portfolio.
