Job summary

Hyve Group seeks an Event Technology Product Specialist to act as the technical expert for Hyve's event technology platforms, ensuring configuration, maintenance and support for outstanding event experiences. You’ll work under the Event Technology Manager to configure solutions for multiple events, troubleshoot issues and ensure integrations with websites, CRM and data platforms.

You will shape new requirements, coordinate testing, and drive adoption of new capabilities across the business.

Qualifications

Experience configuring commercial SaaS event technology platforms.
Strong understanding of event technology ecosystems and integrations.
Ability to gather requirements and coordinate UAT with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Configure event technology platforms for individual events.
Validate content and data across exhibitor profiles, speaker listings, agendas, and sponsors.
Manage event setup: branding, workflows, permissions, exhibitor configuration.
Ensure platform configuration aligned with standards and delivery timelines.
Support multiple concurrent events and maintain blueprints for efficiency.
Provide second-line support during event preparation and live events.
Collaborate with suppliers and internal teams to implement improvements.
