Precision Fuel & Hydration is seeking a logistics-minded events coordinator to ensure our events programme runs smoothly behind the scenes. You’ll manage product delivery for partner events, own event kit logistics, and coordinate staffing, travel, and suppliers to keep events on schedule.

You’ll collaborate with internal teams and external partners, handling multiple projects with varying timelines while staying calm under pressure and maintaining meticulous attention to detail.

Responsabilités

• Own day-to-day management and delivery of product across our partner events programme.
• Take ownership of event kit - standardising it, tracking where it is, and coordinating it out the door and back again in good order.
• Support logistics that keep events running: staffing, travel booking, supplier coordination and purchasing oversight.
• Stay aligned with internal teams (ops, wholesale, finance, creative) and external partners (agencies, vendors, venues).
• Keep schedules and plans up to date; manage the many moving parts of events.
• Be the reliable hands-on support as the events calendar grows.
• Represent PF&H at events in the UK and internationally, ensuring a consistent PF&H experience.
