Job summary

Energy Jobline ZR in Liverpool is seeking an organised Logistics Coordinator to join a fast-paced events logistics team. You will coordinate transport schedules, driver and fleet planning, and travel arrangements for multiple projects across the UK, ensuring efficient delivery.

The role requires strong organisational and communication skills, knowledge of UK road haulage legislation, and accuracy under pressure. Mon-Fri hours 9:30am-5:30pm, on-site in Liverpool with a collaborative team.

Qualifications

• Experience in logistics, transport planning or similar coordination role.
• Knowledge of UK road haulage legislation and transport compliance.
• Strong organisational, communication and detail-oriented skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate transport schedules and vehicle movements across projects.
• Manage driver and fleet schedules ensuring compliance with legislation.
• Arrange accommodation, flights, trains, ferries and travel requirements.
• Book and manage external transport providers and couriers.
• Liaise with internal teams to ensure smooth project delivery.
• Monitor budgets and negotiate rates with suppliers.
• Raise purchase orders and assist with logistics administration.
• Respond quickly to last-minute changes and challenges.
