Job summary

CuspAI is seeking an experienced Events Lead to own and build our events function from the ground up. You will drive the flagship Foundry event and regional roadshows, while developing a scalable model and vendor network.

You will partner with marketing, partnerships, and product teams to deliver high-impact experiences for industrial partners and enterprise customers, including conferences and internal events. Regular UK and international travel is expected.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in event management, experiential marketing, or event operations within a high-growth tech, deep-tech, or B2B environment.

Responsibilities

• Own flagship Foundry event end-to-end and establish a repeatable execution model for international expansion.
• Plan regional roadshows across Asia, Europe and North America and build an agile agency network.
• Manage virtual events cadence to engage the global Foundry ecosystem between physical moments.
• Conceptualise and execute high-touch events for industrial partners and enterprise customers.
