Job summary

Founders Forum is seeking a Community Executive to join our Events team and help grow a global network of founders, investors, and leaders. You’ll move up from a junior role, develop skills in tech, events, and community management, and play a key part in delivering Europe’s best-in-class events.

You will research and onboard members, curate speaker lists, maintain CRM data, write engaging content, and support live events to ensure exceptional attendee experiences.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years in a community, events, or similar role.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with meticulous attention to detail.
• Creative English copywriting abilities.
• Experience in events or event roles.
• Experience presenting research and data-driven insights.
• Aptitude for data analysis and curiosity.

Responsibilities

• Research and onboard new members to the Founders Forum community.
• Compile lists of potential invitees and speakers from networks and internal teams.
• Stay up to date across tech, business and politics to flag prospects and members.
• Analyze segments with CRM and enrichment tools to identify growth opportunities.
• Maintain Looker dashboards and provide status updates.
• Write engaging content tailored by audience segment across platforms.
• Build and manage event registration sites and invitations.
• Support on‑the‑ground events to ensure a smooth attendee experience.
