London Partners in London is seeking a Senior Events Manager to lead planning and delivery of an engaging calendar of events across Grow London Global and our new UK-wide scaleup programme. You will shape experiences that connect ambitious founders with practical insights and growth opportunities.

The role requires managing an events team, coordinating with Growth Managers, partners and marketing, and ensuring high standards across locations.

Qualifications

• Proven track record planning and delivering a varied events portfolio.
• Experience line-managing and developing colleagues to high delivery standards.
• Ability to design events around audience needs with clear objectives.

Responsibilities

• Plan and own a 12-month events calendar across Grow London Global and UK-wide scaleup programme.
• Lead major programme events including launches, retreats and flagship moments.
• Oversee delivery journey from concept to follow-up with clear standards and outcomes.
• Manage venue selection, catering, speakers and materials with cost-consciousness.
• Collaborate with marketing to promote events and capture content.
• Build accessibility and inclusion into event planning and execution.
• Develop partnerships with regional partners, investors and advisers.
