Job summary

CuspAI is seeking an AI Materials Foundry Ecosystem Manager to join our Partnerships team and scale the global partner ecosystem across Europe, USA and APAC. The role reports to the Director of Strategy & Operations and focuses on establishing a cross-cultural foundry member community.

You will collaborate with AI Research, Computational Chemistry, and Product teams to feed partner feedback into development priorities while coordinating with marketing and PR on success stories from rapid

Qualifications

• Experience in ecosystem management, strategic alliances, or technical community building.
• Proven ability to engage executive-level stakeholders across regions (EU/US/APAC).
• Experience independently creating and delivering events and conferences, including with Fortune 100 companies.

Responsibilities

• Ecosystem cultivation: design and host a global engagement strategy and events.
• Cross-cultural operations: manage day-to-day engagement with global foundry stakeholders.
• Collaboration: align ecosystem activities with roadmap and work with AI/Research/Product teams.
