Job summary

CuspAI is seeking an AI Materials Foundry Ecosystem Manager to lead the global partner ecosystem for our AI Materials platform, engaging enterprises, research institutions, and tech partners across Europe, the USA, and APAC. The role sits within the Partnerships team and reports to the Director of Strategy & Operations.

You will drive ecosystem activation, host events, and align activities with our roadmap, collaborating with AI Research, Computational Chemistry, and Product teams to accelerate

Qualifications

• Experience in ecosystem management or strategic alliances within high-growth startups or fast-paced deep-tech environments.
• Proven ability to communicate and build relationships with executive-level stakeholders.
• Experience independently creating and managing events end to end, including Fortune 100 collaborations.
• Global cross-cultural experience engaging senior stakeholders across regions (EU, US, APAC).

Responsibilities

• Design, coordinate, and host a comprehensive global engagement strategy for the AI Materials Foundry ecosystem.
• Build scalable partner collaboration frameworks and act as the operational bridge for partners, clients, and research institutions across Europe, the USA, and APAC.
• Coordinate cross-functional timelines and ensure alignment between external partner teams and CuspAI leadership.
• Collaborate with AI Research, Computational Chemistry, and Product teams to channel partner feedback into development priorities.
