CuspAI is seeking an AI Materials Foundry Ecosystem Manager to drive global partner engagement and accelerate adoption of our AI Materials platform. You will build a cross-cultural community across Europe, the USA, and APAC, coordinating events, partnerships, and collaboration frameworks.

You will work with the Director of Strategy & Operations, the Head of Partnerships, and teams across AI Research, Computational Chemistry, and Product to translate partner feedback into development priorities

Qualifications

• Experience in ecosystem management or strategic alliances within high-growth startups or deep-tech environments.
• Proven ability to communicate with executive stakeholders and build trusted relationships.
• End-to-end event planning and delivery experience, including with Fortune 100 collaborators.
• Strong global/cross-cultural experience engaging senior partners across Europe, USA, and APAC.
• Confident communicator with hosting/moderating virtual and in-person events for technical audiences.
• Solid understanding of or proximity to semiconductor/hardware ecosystems.

Responsabilités

• Design and execute a global engagement strategy for the AI Materials Foundry ecosystem.
• Build scalable partner collaboration frameworks and act as the operational bridge to partners and clients.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align ecosystem activities with the company roadmap.
• Manage day-to-day engagement with global foundry stakeholders and coordinate timelines across external teams and leadership.
• Partner with Strategy & Operations and other functions to spotlight partner success stories and drive priority development.
