Job summary

The Event Production Coordinator role supports client offices, serving as the main technical contact and coordinating all event production deliverables, finances, and on-site activities to ensure high client satisfaction and flawless execution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent preferred.
• 3–5 years’ experience in meeting planning, production, AV sales, or AV operations.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; able to build client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Serve as technical consultant, translating production concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
• Coordinate all event deliverables for the Event Production team, including videos, decks, music, and live stream links.
• Schedule tech checks, rehearsals, and client meetings for on-time delivery.
• Provide on-site administrative support including purchasing, scheduling, and run-of-show creation; manage quotes and billing.
