Job summary

Workforce Recruitment Group Limited is seeking an experienced Recruiter to source highly skilled engineering and technical professionals for UK employers, with a focus on international candidates relocating under Skilled Worker visa routes.

You will build pipelines across UK and overseas markets, using LinkedIn Recruiter and other tools to identify top talent. The role includes interviewing candidates, nurturing relationships, and supporting onboarding for those relocating to the UK.

Qualifications

• : Proven experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, especially in engineering or technical sectors.
• 2- Experience sourcing and placing international candidates.
• 3- Ability to assess technical skills and fit via interviews.

Responsibilities

• Source engineering and technical professionals from UK and international markets.
• Build talent pipelines across targeted regions including Africa, Middle East, Sri Lanka, and more.
• Utilise LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, social media and proactive search to identify specialist talent.
• Conduct telephone and Teams interviews to assess skills, qualifications and suitability.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with candidates throughout their recruitment journey.
• Support recruitment and onboarding of candidates relocating to the UK.
