Job summary

Referment is actively recruiting an experienced Recruitment Resourcer to join our in-house Talent team in East London. You will directly support major engineering and infrastructure projects across the UK, sourcing candidates and building talent pools for current and future needs.

The role involves partnering with hiring managers, headhunting, and coordinating interviews, onboarding, and pre-employment checks in a fast-paced, project-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in recruitment or resourcing, ideally in construction or blue-collar markets.
• Experience in-house or agency seeking move to internal Talent team.
• Experience sourcing skilled trades, plant operators, and site professionals.
• Comfortable managing multiple vacancies and headhunting at pace.

Responsibilities

• Proactively source candidates via job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, and direct approaches.
• Build talent pools for current and future projects across the UK.
• Screen candidates against experience, qualifications, and availability.
• Support high-volume and urgent recruitment campaigns.
• Partner with operational managers to plan upcoming hiring needs.
• Assist with interviews, onboarding, and pre-employment checks.
