Seekhr | People & Talent Recruitment seeks an experienced Senior Talent Partner for a hands-on, 12-month fixed-term contract in London. You will own 15–20 live vacancies across international locations, delivering end-to-end recruitment for engineering, technical and infrastructure roles.

Hands-on end-to-end recruitment across engineering and infrastructure roles.
Experience managing 15–20 live vacancies across multiple regions.
Strong stakeholder partnership and ability to challenge requirements.

Responsibilities

Own end-to-end recruitment for 15–20 live vacancies across multiple international locations.
Delivery of engineering, technical and infrastructure hiring strategies.
Proactive sourcing and headhunting of specialist engineering talent.
Build and nurture pipelines for hard-to-fill and critical roles.
Partner with senior stakeholders to translate requirements into effective hiring plans.
Provide market intelligence on salary, talent pools and competitors.
Guide candidates through the process to ensure a strong experience.
Collaborate with HR and Talent teams to improve efficiency and standards.
