Booking Holdings, Inc. is hiring a Talent Acquisition Partner for a 12-month fixed-term assignment in London. The role focuses on recruiting across Sales, Services, Engineering, Marketing, and Finance, acting as a brand ambassador and driving a high-quality candidate experience.

You will lead end-to-end recruitment, partner with hiring managers, and champion diversity and inclusion while coordinating across multiple EU countries and time zones.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of recruiting experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to manage multiple searches simultaneously and prioritize.
• Demonstrable track record as a trusted advisor to hiring managers.

Responsibilities

• Own full cycle recruitment responsibilities, from sourcing to offer.
• Attract top talent through direct sourcing, social media, referrals and creative programs.
• Accurately track progress and maintain recruiting metrics using our ATS (Greenhouse).
• Act as a brand ambassador to build and maintain the company employment brand.
• Build strong relationships with hiring managers and cross-functional teams.
• Pipeline talent for future roles.
