Job summary

White Label Recruitment is working exclusively with a growing, technology‑led engineering and manufacturing business in East Yorkshire to recruit a Programme Manager for a major international programme. This is a significant appointment with end‑to‑end ownership of a $16m+ engineering programme through development, testing, industrialisation and multi‑year production.

You’ll lead governance, reporting and controls, own budget and P&L, milestones and risk, and coordinate across Engineering,

Qualifications

• Experience leading a major engineering or manufacturing programme.
• Strong commercial awareness including budget/P&L ownership.
• Experience taking products through development to production.
• Cross-functional leadership across engineering, manufacturing and operations.
• Proven governance, risk, milestone and resource management.

Responsibilities

• Take overall responsibility for programme performance across multiple functions.
• Own programme delivery, budget and P&L, milestones, risk and customer commitments.
• Interface with senior internal and international stakeholders as the programme lead.
• Drive the full lifecycle from engineering and development through testing to production.
• Establish governance, reporting and controls to maintain visibility and control.
