Just Eat Takeaway.com is seeking an experienced Employee Relations Manager to lead ER operations across the UK and Canada within the People Services team. You will own an ER pillar, triage tribunal claims, advise on disciplinary and grievance matters, and partner with senior HR leaders to align strategies.

You will leverage data, Workday, and Jira Service Management to improve processes while traveling approximately 10–15% to support regional teams.

Formación

• Background in Employee Relations or HRBP within global matrixed organizations.
• Strong knowledge of UK Employment Law, tribunal processes, and compliance.
• CIPD Level 5 (or equivalent) is required; Level 7 is a plus.
• Demonstrated leadership and coaching skills.
• Experience with complex investigations and Speak Up cases.
• Willingness to learn Canadian employment law frameworks.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Data-driven mindset with ability to derive insights from ER data.
• Willingness to travel internationally (approx. 10–15%).
