Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 8 years of experience in EHS, including managing programs and teams in an operational environment.
• 5 years of experience in a leadership role with direct reports.

Responsibilities

• Manage the regional portfolio of EHS initiatives and programs for all local operations and regional initiatives.
• Manage a team of EHS PgMs to ensure effective execution of Google EHS programs and projects across the region; support investigations and track corrective actions.
• Develop and implement strategic plans for program initiatives, aligning with Google's EHS outlook and goals.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to build relationships and foster safety and compliance.
• Lead strategic EHS initiatives and contribute to long-term EHS strategy and cross-vertical alignment.
