Job summary

Qualifications

• 8 years of experience in EHS, including managing programs and teams in operational settings.
• 5 years in a leadership role with direct reports.
• Experience scaling a global organization and working with vendors on EHS improvements.

Responsibilities

• Manage regional portfolio of EHS initiatives and programs for local and regional operations.
• Lead a team of EHS Program Managers to execute Google EHS programs across the region.
• Develop and implement strategic plans for program initiatives aligned with EHS goals.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to build relationships and foster safety and compliance.
• Lead cross-functional EHS initiatives and contribute to long-term EHS strategy.
