Job summary

Oracle is seeking an in-region EHS leader to drive the development and deployment of a globally harmonized EHS management system across EMEA, including data center construction and live operations. The role leads the regional EHS team and partners with OCI Data Center Operations and facilities management.

You will ensure regulatory compliance, manage contractor EHS governance, incident investigations, and drive continuous improvement, reporting to the VP Global EHS.

Qualifications

• Extensive leadership of regional EHS teams across multiple countries in EMEA.
• Strong governance of contractors and delivery partners in data center projects.
• Knowledge of ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 standards and EU regulatory frameworks.
• Proven track record in incident investigations and root cause analysis.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the EMEA EHS organization and regional operations.
• Advise leadership on EHS risk, controls, and performance; foster learning and prevention.
• Oversee regulatory compliance and inspection readiness across EMEA.
• Govern contractor EHS requirements and site safety across active data center builds.
• Manage incident management end-to-end and lead SIF prevention efforts.
• Coordinate EHS integration across commissioning, energization, and live operations.
