Job summary

Google, part of the Global Security and Resilience Services (GSRS), is seeking a GSOC Program Manager to drive regional projects and programs spanning people, processes and technology. You will be a critical enabler of GSOC strategy, collaborating with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure delivery of security initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 10 years of experience implementing security resilience programs across multiple regions.
• Experience with multidisciplinary program management in an organization.

Responsibilities

• Support complex cross-functional programs of work, leading both discreet projects and the local implementation of global initiatives as directed by the GSOC Senior Program Manager.
• Drive operational excellence across programs through maturing project documentation, standardizing monitoring of key performance indicators, and effective knowledge management.
• Maintain and develop cross-functional partnerships with key GSRS and external stakeholders, acting as regional representatives for GSOC programs.
• Act as a liaison to partners and support the Regional SOC Manager to improve operational delivery through effective change management, communications and stakeholder engagement.
• Contribute to the GSRS mission to protect, sustain and enable Google’s ability to thrive. Cultivate team norms that foster psychological safety and mutual respect.
