Job summary

RM Education, advertising on behalf of TTS/Eduviva, seeks an experienced International Sales professional to lead growth across Europe and beyond. You will own revenue/margin targets, craft go‑to‑market plans, and drive strategic, multi-country partnerships with distributors and government bodies.

Reporting to the Head of Sales, you will engage with Ministries of Education, universities, and industry influencers to deliver impactful education solutions. A UK driving licence is required.

Qualifications

• Sales experience with a demonstrable track record of success.
• International experience - B2B & B2G.
• Proven results in delivering international growth strategies.
• Understanding and experience of solution-based selling.
• Strong financial and commercial experience.

Responsibilities

• Expand distributor revenue and execute growth plans across European territories.
• Manage key customers and develop new international opportunities.
• Drive go-to-market strategies, pilot initiatives and partnerships with thought leaders.
• Collaborate with Head of Sales and cross-functional teams to achieve KPIs.
