Job summary

CMR Recruitment Ltd is seeking a Head of Sales for a well-established UK education sector supplier. You will own the sales and customer care teams, shape the sales strategy and drive growth across existing accounts and new business.

Reporting to senior leadership, you will lead performance, set KPIs, and manage strategic relationships with procurement teams and large organisations. The role demands a proven track record and a strategic, analytical mindset.

Qualifications

Proven sales leadership experience in fast-paced, high-volume environment.
Track record of winning new business and growing key accounts.
Confident communicator with experience engaging senior decision-makers.
Strategic mindset with ability to deliver measurable commercial results.
Highly organised with strong analytical and reporting capabilities.

Responsibilities

Lead, manage and develop the sales and customer care teams to consistently achieve revenue targets.
Design and execute the sales strategy to drive sustainable business growth.
Identify and secure new business opportunities while strengthening key client relationships.
Implement effective sales processes, KPIs, and performance tracking to optimise results.
Represent the business at a senior level with key stakeholders, including large organisations and procurement teams.
