Job summary

UNIQLO in London is seeking an Ecommerce Service Delivery and System Operation Specialist to cover the EU market while based in our London office. You will report to the Ecommerce Product Manager and collaborate with the Japan-based System Operation team to address business challenges and enhance our in-house digital platform.

You will oversee day-to-day platform operations, drive service delivery improvements, and coordinate with internal and external partners to ensure seamless performance

Qualifications

• 5+ years in a Retail digital/ecommerce team with global scope.
• Experience in service delivery (Web services) or a technical role.
• Experience analysing business requirements and creating epics/user stories.
• Experience with technical development teams and Agile.
• Experience with external partners or vendors.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the technical administration and maintenance of the back end, front-end and product maintenance.
• Ensuring the platform operates across all business functions including on-site experience, order fulfillment, payment processing, and digital marketing.
• Monitoring upcoming software updates, maintenance, launches and event preparation to protect the system.
• Lead the ROI analysis and continuous improvement plans for deliveries and services.
