Qualifications

• 10–15+ years in financial services with electronic trading or trading risk management.
• Proven ability to influence MDs and senior heads across risk, compliance, business and tech.
• Experience leading technical, quantitative teams in a global setting.

Responsibilities

• Govern and refine a unified E-Trading risk framework across risk stripes and ICRM.
• Oversee firm-wide E-Trading risk policies, standards, and execution.
• Lead a global team of risk professionals aligned with electronic trading footprint.
• Communicate complex risks clearly to executive committees, CRO, and Board.
• Drive roadmap for risk analytics, KRIs, real-time monitoring, and AI/ML tools.
