Job summary

Citi London is seeking a senior technology leader for the FI Trade Processing - EMEA, acting as the primary liaison between front-office desks and the global engineering organization. You will translate business priorities into actionable technology roadmaps and oversee cross‑functional delivery across trade capture, STP, and regulatory reporting.

Based in London with a hybrid schedule, you will influence senior stakeholders, manage resources and budgets, and champion platform modernization

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in technology or client-facing roles within capital markets.
• Proven leadership and people management in a global, matrixed environment.
• Ability to engage senior business stakeholders including traders and sales leaders effectively.
• Deep knowledge of Fixed Income products and trading workflows, including STP and regulatory reporting.
• Strong track record delivering complex programs on time and within scope in high-pressure trading environments.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the senior technology liaison for front-office desk heads, building trusted relationships.
• Maintain real-time awareness of evolving business priorities across Rates, Spread Products and Markets Treasury.
• Translate front-office priorities into technology roadmaps with global FITP engineering support.
• Coordinate with global development, QA and support teams to ensure resources meet business needs.
• Oversee end-to-end delivery of initiatives like platform buildout, STP, and regulatory reporting.
• Establish governance cadences with Front Office Trading, MQA and Sales for transparent delivery and risk escalation.
• Drive platform adoption and modernization initiatives across the FiTP suite.
