Job summary

Deutsche Bank in London seeks an Electronic Trading Governance and Controls Director to lead conduct risk and regulatory interactions within the Front Office. You will enhance risk frameworks, partner with 1st and 2nd line, and support audits and regulatory reviews across Electronic Trading.

Qualifications

• Deep knowledge of Electronic Trading and risk management frameworks.
• Familiarity with MiFID, MAR or equivalent regulation.
• Experience with audits, compliance or regulatory reviews.

Responsibilities

• Enhance and maintain the Electronic Trading conduct risk and control framework.
• Manage conduct risk assessment and challenge business self-assessments.
• Collaborate with 1st and 2nd line functions on processes incl. Inventories and Material Change.
• Support audit and regulatory reviews and projects for Electronic Trading.
• Document requirements, prioritise development, test and sign off changes to risk assessment and MI systems.
• Support governance forums by preparing materials and minutes.
