Job summary

Naked Nutrition is seeking an experienced International E-Commerce Manager/Director to own and grow our UK and EU business while expanding into new global markets. You will lead international P&L, set country strategies, and tackle regulatory, operational, and commercial challenges with autonomy.

You will work directly with the CMO and founder, translating strategy into measurable results and driving revenue, profitability, and market share across multiple markets.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in e-commerce
• Full P&L ownership experience
• Experience with EU Amazon marketplaces
• Proven track record launching new geographic markets
• Experience in supplement, nutrition, health, or wellness brands
• Strong commercial judgment and budgeting skills
• Analytical with data-driven decision making

Responsibilities

• Own international P&L across UK and EU, with revenue, profitability, budgets, forecasting and performance oversight.
• Develop country-specific growth strategies accounting for customer differences, pricing, channels and product demand.
• Evaluate and launch new markets, including market sizing, financial modeling, regulatory requirements, localization, and launch planning.
• Set acquisition strategies and allocate budgets by market across DTC and Amazon, managing external agencies.
• Ensure localization and regulatory compliance of products, listings and marketing.
• Manage local agencies, consultants, distributors and other partners, holding them to performance expectations.
• Analyze market data, identify root causes of underperformance, and report actionable insights to the CMO and founder.
