Job summary

Naked Nutrition invites an experienced International E-Commerce Manager/Director to lead growth across the UK and EU from our Coventry/UK base. You will own the international P&L, set country strategies, and tackle regulatory, operational, and commercial challenges to drive measurable results.

Lead market-specific budgets, optimize acquisition across DTC and Amazon, and collaborate with the CMO and founder to turn strategy into growth.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in e-commerce with P&L ownership.
• Experience with EU Amazon marketplaces.
• Proven success launching new geographic markets.
• Background in supplement, nutrition, health, or wellness brands.

Responsibilities

• Own international P&L, revenue, profitability, budgets, and forecasting across UK and EU.
• Develop country-specific growth strategies and manage market resources.
• Evaluate and launch new markets, including regulatory and localization considerations.
• Set acquisition budgets by market and oversee Google/Amazon advertising and agency partners.
• Ensure localization and compliance across products, listings, and marketing.
