Job summary

Naked Nutrition is seeking an experienced International E-Commerce Manager or Director to lead our UK and EU growth and expand into new markets. You will own the international P&L, shape country strategies, and navigate regulatory and operational challenges, working directly with the CMO and founder.

You'll manage budgets, drive cross-border performance across DTC and Amazon, and ensure localization and compliance across markets while building scalable go-to-market plans.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in e-commerce.
• Full P&L ownership with revenue and profit responsibility.
• Experience with EU Amazon marketplaces.
• Proven experience launching new geographic markets.
• Experience with supplement, nutrition, or wellness brands.
• Strong commercial judgment to build market strategies and budgets.
• Excellent problem-solving navigating regulatory and operational challenges.
• Experience growing e-commerce across the UK and EU.
• Analytical and able to turn data into decisions.

Responsibilities

• Own international P&L across UK and EU.
• Develop country-specific growth strategies.
• Evaluate and launch new markets with sizing, modeling, regulatory planning and localization.
• Set acquisition budgets by market for DTC and Amazon.
• Localize products, websites, packaging, and marketing for compliance.
• Manage local agencies and external partners with clear expectations.
• Analyze market data and report findings with actionable recommendations.
