Wolverine Worldwide, Inc. in London is seeking an operations-focused professional to act as the key operational contact for distributor accounts, collaborating with Brand, Global Operations and regional teams to improve service and ensure timely product shipment.

You will coordinate orders, manage pricing changes, liaise with planning teams in Asia and US, and drive continuous improvement while maintaining strong relationships with customers and complying with shipping paperwork.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in wholesale customer service or key account management within an international environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication, with solid analytical skills and proficiency in Excel/MS Office.
• Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and manage multiple tasks with minimal supervision.
• Languages are an advantage but not required.

Aufgaben

• Support a portfolio of distributor accounts across EMEA and LATAM regions.
• Coordinate and maintain the order book, monitor order conversion, and communicate ex-factory changes.
• Ensure timely execution of the customer order cycle through cross‑functional workflows.
• Liaise with Production Planning teams on PO placement and management.
• Proactively build relationships with customers and ensure compliant shipping documentation.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives in brand operations.
