Job summary

Wolverine Worldwide, Inc. is seeking an International Account Specialist to manage distributor accounts across EMEA and LATAM from London.

You will partner with Brand, Global Operations and regional supply chain teams to improve service levels and on-time product shipments. Key responsibilities include maintaining the order book, coordinating cross-functional workflows, training partners on our processes, and resolving operational issues related to payments and logistics while supporting

Qualifications

• Working knowledge of international wholesale/customer service environments or key account management.
• Strong written and verbal communication; proficient with Excel/Microsoft Office; strong analytical skills.
• Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and contribute to shared operational goals.
• Proven ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks with limited supervision.
• Languages would be an advantage but are not required.

Responsibilities

• Support a portfolio of Distributor accounts across EMEA and LATAM regions.
• Coordinate and maintain the order book for Distributor partners; monitor order conversion and pricing.
• Coordinate cross-functional workflows to ensure timely execution across the order cycle.
• Liaise with Production Planning (Asia) and Supply Planning (US) on PO placement and management.
• Build proactive relationships with customers via phone or face-to-face contact.
• Ensure compliance with shipping paperwork and logistics requirements for deliveries.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across customer and brand operations.
• Coordinate and deliver training for partners on WWW processes and Crave order management platform.
• Collaborate with the wider IAS team and provide cover as needed.
• Work with Credit Control and Production Planning to resolve payment issues and ensure prepayments/LCs align with XF dates.
• Participate in IAS operations sessions at seasonal brand meetings.
• Support execution of the Distributor business plan and identify risks for escalation.
• Support brand initiatives and seasonal forecasting, sample consolidation and conference packs.
• Perform duties aligned with AAP/EEO goals and company policies.
• Carry out other duties as assigned by management.
