Job summary

Wolverine World Wide, Inc. is seeking an operational contact to manage distributor accounts across EMEA and LATAM, coordinating order books, pricing, and timelines for shipments.

You will collaborate with production, supply planning, and credit to ensure on-time delivery and smooth order flow, while building strong customer relationships and driving continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• Experience in international wholesale or key account management.
• Strong written and verbal communication and stakeholder management.
• Proven ability to prioritise multiple tasks with limited supervision.

Responsibilities

• Support a portfolio of Distributor accounts across EMEA and LATAM regions.
• Coordinate and maintain the order book for Distributor partners; monitor order conversion and pricing accuracy.
• Coordinate cross-functional workflows to ensure timely execution across the customer order cycle.
• Liaise with Production Planning (Asia) and Supply Planning (US) on PO placement and management.
• Proactively build relationships with customers and provide regular contact.
• Ensure compliance with shipping paperwork and logistics requirements.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives across customer and brand operations.
• Coordinate and deliver training for partners around WWW processes and Crave order management platform.
• Collaborate with the wider international account services team and provide cover as needed.
• Work with Credit Control and Production Planning to resolve payment issues and prepayments/LCs.
• Contribute to IAS operations sessions at brand meetings and support distributor business plans.
• Identify risks and escalate to senior management when needed.
• Support seasonal activities and forecast/sample coordination.
