Job summary

Wolverine World Wide, Inc. seeks an operations professional to be the key contact for international distributor accounts, coordinating with Brand, Global Operations and regional teams across EMEA, LATAM, the US and Asia.

You will focus on improving service performance, ensuring timely shipments, managing orders and pricing changes, and maintaining compliant shipping documentation while contributing to continuous improvement and partner training.

Qualifications

• Experience in international wholesale or key account management.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Proficiency with Excel/Microsoft Office and data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Support a portfolio of Distributor accounts across EMEA and LATAM regions.
• Coordinate and maintain the order book for assigned Distributor partners.
• Monitor order conversion, ensure pricing accuracy and update ex-factory dates or production schedules.
• Coordinate cross-functional workflows to ensure timely execution across the customer order cycle.
• Liaise with Production Planning in Asia and Supply Planning in the US on PO placement and management.
• Proactively build relationships with customers and opportunities for contact.
• Ensure compliance with customers' logistical requirements and timely delivery of shipping paperwork.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across customer and brand operations.
• Provide training for partners on WWW processes & Crave order management platform.
