Job summary

Wolverine World Wide, Inc. is seeking an Operations specialist to manage a portfolio of international distributor accounts across EMEA and LATAM.

You will coordinate order books, maintain pricing accuracy, and ensure timely shipments through collaboration with Production Planning in Asia and Supply Planning in the US. You will build strong relationships with customers, coordinate training on processes and Crave, and support continuous improvement within brand operations while adhering to company

Qualifications

• Experience in wholesale customer services or key account management.
• Strong written and verbal communication with internal and external stakeholders.
• Proficient in Excel and Microsoft Office; analytical mindset.

Responsibilities

• Support a portfolio of Distributor accounts across EMEA and LATAM regions.
• Coordinate and maintain the order book; monitor order conversion and ex-factory dates.
• Coordinate cross-functional workflows to ensure timely execution across the customer order cycle.
• Liaise with Production Planning in Asia and Supply Planning in US on PO placement and management.
• Build relationships with customers and provide proactive contact.
• Ensure compliance with shipping paperwork and delivery timelines.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across operations.
• Provide training on WWW processes and Crave order management platform.
