Job summary

Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Director of International Hubs to lead strategic and operational performance of the international distribution hub network, including Selzach and a future European DC via a 3PL partner. The role drives service, quality, safety, compliance, and cost performance while standardising DC practices across hubs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations Management, Business, Engineering, or related field.
• Significant leadership experience in international distribution, logistics, or operations.
• Extensive DC leadership experience including people leadership and change management.
• Proven experience managing complex distribution centre operations and 3PLs.
• Experience leading multi-site operations across international markets.
• Strong financial acumen with budget and cost-improvement experience.
• Experience driving operational excellence, standardisation, and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Lead the operational and strategic performance of Selzach and future European DCs via a 3PL partner.
• Ensure service, safety, quality, compliance, and financial targets across hubs.
• Establish governance, performance management, and reviews for accountability.
• Drive standardised DC processes and best practices across locations.
• Partner with external providers to meet contractual obligations and performance.
• Own hub budgets and cost management, deliver productivity targets.
• Develop strategies to optimise network performance and customer service.
• Support network design initiatives and hub transitions.
• Lead risk management and business continuity planning.
• Ensure compliance with policies, regulatory, quality, and EHS requirements.
