Johnson & Johnson is recruiting for a Sr. Director, Business Technology BU Interface – International, based in Leeds or Singapore.

The role serves as the technology partner to international leadership, overseeing end-to-end technology strategy, portfolio governance, and regional delivery across multiple markets. Reporting to the DePuy Synthes Technology leadership, you will balance regional needs with enterprise standards, drive digital and data capabilities, and lead adoption of secure,

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering or a related discipline.
Master's degree or MBA preferred.
Minimum 15 years of experience in IT, digital transformation, operations, commercial technology or related leadership roles.

Responsibilities

Serve as the senior technology executive and strategic partner to the President, International and regional leadership teams.
Translate business strategy into Technology and digital roadmaps, investment priorities, governance decisions and value realization plans.
Own regional business technology demand management, intake, prioritization and portfolio health across the full international value chain.
Lead executive reviews and operating rhythms that drive prioritization decisions, trade-offs, adoption and value realization.
